Industrial bus systems minimise cabling but can be difficult to troubleshoot, especially if the cable trails have been rebuilt and extended over time. Connect checkpoints at regular intervals in the bus system to monitor the bus status.
Measure voltage and power consumption, load and transmission errors (Error Frames) on the bus and display real time data to monitor bus status.
Communicate with parent systems to read measured values from the bus and set limit values for outgoing current. Visualise the data to monitor and analyse remotely.
Insert separate power inputs to power and connect more smart gadgets. Switch off the voltage and alarm if the outgoing current exceeds the limit value to obtain overcurrent protection.
