As part of that work, they have been collaborating with Binar Solutions for more than 15 years.

Solution

Binar helps Scania with several different solutions, mainly related to assembly. An example is a Poka Yoke system, which makes it easy for the operator to do the right thing. Through our Pick-to-Light system, lamps, sensors, and buttons instruct employees on what to do and in what order, reducing the risk of potentially costly mistakes.

Another example is the visualization of important key figures, such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). By automating data collection, a variety of key figures can be calculated and visualized on displays or in the browser. This way, you can monitor your productivity and act on any deviations in real-time, no matter where you are.
