How do I track my production process in real time?
One of the advantages of MES (manufacturing execution system) is that it uses data/information from the production process to visualize important key figures. This gives the user an overview in real time. One option is to present selected key figures on LED displays directly in the production environment. Or you can use a web interface to monitor your progress and quickly address any issues.
Through visualization you can follow each product, see the number of products in the system and register traceability data. You can also see where any errors or disturbances are.
